Lost Flower Crown is a trinket added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- Once per floor, activates the effect of
Eraser on a random enemy in the first uncleared room entered.
- Erased enemies will no longer be able to appear for the rest of the run.
- When picked up for the first time, has a 1/10 chance to spawn a
Cool Photo.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: No effect.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Lost Flower Crown rerolls it into 
Massive Amethyst.
Trivia
- Lost Flower Crown and its effects are a reference to the character Basil from Omori.
- In Omori, Basil goes missing, with his flower crown being found late into the game.
- The trinket having a small chance to spawn a Cool Photo when picked up is a reference to Basil's hobby of photography.
- The damaged state of the crown, along with the flavor text for the trinket and effect! are a reference to Basil's ultimate fate.
- When an enemy gets erased, a small black ghost-like thing with a single eye can be seen in place of where an erased enemy has been. After appearing, it will quickly fade away, followed by a creepy sound effect.
- This ghost is a direct reference to "SOMETHING", the main antagonist of Omori which can be seen stalking the protagonist in various locations of the game, accompanied with the same sound effect whenever it appears or disappears.
- Something's sprite can be found in
Umbra's spritesheet in the MOD's files, which may have been placed there due to their resemblance.
